Waiting too long despite several free tables. We left
18$ fish and chips. Good pricing good size meal. Waitress much more smiling and pleasing on lunch time then evening. I have been several times in the evening and the atmosphere changes dramatically with a waitress speaking slightly abruptly... Lunch time was more relax and welcoming.
MoreThe service is a bit slow, but that's the only negative I would say. For lunch you have the $ 16 buffet or a la carte menu. I took the buffet and it was quite full. (Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, real maple syrup, etc.) Maude our waitress was very smiling and friendly. If you sleep in the hotel and you do not want to go out to eat, it pays more than well!
MorePasta a little overcooked, but tasteful, excellent trout and well-made salad. Very friendly service and prices in the norm ... a good solution when you want to have dinner late (after 9pm)
MoreGood food, friendly staff, liked the ambiance. Not sure why other's weren't satisfied I've had two full suppers here now and both were excellently served, presented, and tasted great.
MoreDissent quality breakfast place.
Amazing fruit side with breakfast. The best I've ever had.
Friendly staff and good price ranges.Big portion and tasty food
L’Ardoise has recently revamped its menu. I stay here for work regularly. One evening I ordered the L’Ardoise salad and the Papparedelle w/ shrimps. The salad had a variety of vegetables and fruits; it was ok but I wished the dressing had had less mayonnaise. The pappardelle was better. Another night I picked its ok version of French onion (and leek) soup, and then the vegetable pizza, which looked artificial but was not bad. On a third night I tried the disappointing Fish & Chips: good fries, awful fish fillets; no vinegar or tartar sauce came with it, only mayonnaise, ketchup and a chipotle dip. The following week I ordered the rigatoni bruschetta with chicken: the portion was quite large, flavor was nothing memorable but the chicken was impossibly dry. On the first night the table was sticky and the service was rushed, but the rest of the times table and service were good.
MoreVery good burger and fries and happy hour is as they say. Complimentary popcorn. Service was great. My only complaint is the weighted silverware. I felt like a toddler using utensils for the first time clumsy and awkward. Wonderfull.
MoreWell liked for dinner fish & chip. Good portions, quality. The service is impeccable at the tables and bar and the appetizers from 5 to 6:30 Wednesday were super good. Thank you !

Good food, great service
The service is very fast and the staff super friendly. The dishes are generous and very delicious. The prices are reasonable and it is a great place for a family dinner (very varied children's menu).
MoreExcellent meal, waiter listens and very friendly. I recommend this place!
Great food and good service
Very good service! A good place to end the evening.
Obviously this place has improved in the past few years. Stayed for four nights and ate there the whole time. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. The Beer onion soup and pepperoni pizza were especially good. All desserts were excellent, especially the strawberry cheesecake that is served in a jar!! Friendly staff and good choice of beers.
MoreSimple breakfast buffet but really good!
I visited this restaurant while staying at the hotel. The service was super fast, food fresh and hot and prices very reasonable for a hotel restaurant. Not a super selection of beers or menu items, but good overall.
MoreFriendly staff, great food, nice bartender named Samy. The chef came to see me because I really like are crab cake. In addition the restaurant rst located inside the Four Points so I recommend.
MoreHad a great hotel breakfast buffet here. All the usual selections plus a omelet bar! Scrambled eggs were great, bacon and sausage done right and not dry at all. The staff was attentive, polite and well trained. Couldn't ask for better.
MoreMy husband and I were staying at the Four Points Hotel and we decided to dine in the closest restaurant since it was getting late. This restaurant was in the main floor of the Four Points. It was convenient and easy to get to, and the waitress who served us was very nice. However, the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. The bread tasted as if it was heated out of a freezer, the soup I ordered was cold, the salad my husband got was dull and not crispy at all. I got a steak for a main and it was the WORST steak I have ever eaten. Absolutely disgusting. It was rubbery and cold and did not have that fresh meat flavour to it. The main dish my husband got was okay, so we shared. It also took them 40 minutes to prepare the meals. I will NEVER be going back to this place to eat. It was not worth the cost and waiting time. Not recommended to anyone who is looking for quality food.
